As the world's population continues to grow, the demand for housing has never been greater. But with limited space and resources, it's becoming increasingly important to design residential units that are not only comfortable and livable but also energy-efficient and sustainable. The Influential research project is focused on developing the optimal orientation for residential units within housing blocks to maximize energy efficiency and sustainability. The project aims to identify the most efficient and sustainable orientation for residential units by studying factors such as solar radiation, wind direction, and shading. The project also takes into account important factors such as natural ventilation, daylighting, and thermal comfort to ensure that the residential units are not only sustainable but also comfortable and livable.
