The owner of the project aimed for a welcoming and cozy space for the users. The designers focused in the interior design on choosing to use natural wood, plants and earthtone colors to integrate more with nature and deliver a certain spatial experience of feeling warm, cozy and relaxed. The architecture design was chosen to be simple, so the design of the medical examination units is so intimate and small; giving full privacy to the users of the space and the feeling of coziness. The side walls of those units are 2.20 meters height; allowing for air flow to be continuous throughout the full space and same light rays entering the units; creating sense of connection and bonding with the space.- Client

The project was to renovate an old building and change the function of the space while making mush usage of it’s structure. The client aimed to have a warm, cozy space with natural environment spatial experience, with a touch of luxury and fancy for some sophistication. To achieve such vision, we integrated the natural plants and greens into the opulent interior design, along with harmonizing with warm lighting and natural earth tones. This fusion of verdant foliage and refined décor fosters a captivating and warm atmosphere.- Client

The hotel is a high-end establishment, given the upscale nature of the area. It may include a range of amenities such as restaurants, bars, fitness facilities, and meeting rooms. The commercial centre could provide a variety of shops, offices, and other businesses, catering to the needs of the local community and visitors to the area. The creation process for the redesign of Rustaq Gate Design Competition project was inspired by the precious treasures of the desert, including coloured stones, golden sands, precious metals, and even the venom of scorpions and snakes. The design idea was tailored to suit the geographical nature of the place, with sharp and curved lines mixed to resemble the shape of rocks and sand dunes that characterise the state's mountains.- Client

In response to the tragic explosion that occurred in Beirut, Lebanon, the BAU University stepped forward to offer help and support to the Lebanese community. A team of volunteers was formed to provide assistance to the affected areas. The first phase of the project was dedicated to establishing a rapid survey for the damaged buildings, which included the Bourj Hammoud Neighborhood.- Client

The Hurghada Natural Lagoons project was born out of the desire to offer tourists and locals a unique experience that would allow them to feel the water element around them. We knew that most people who go to tourist villages want to see new things or experience familiar things in a different way. So, we set out to create an environment that would be distinct from anything they had seen before.
