The Residential compound is designed over an approximate area of 24,000 m2, including 34 residential units in a vast green space that functions as a pedestrian big park. There are 6 different Architectural design prototypes for the units, each with a distinct style and surrounding well-designed and assigned landscape, the whole project is studied and designed to have a sustainable approach through implementing technological smart solutions to create harmony between Architecture and the surrounding environment.- Client

The creation process for the redesign of Rustaq Gate Design Competition project was inspired by the precious treasures of the desert, including coloured stones, golden sands, precious metals, and even the venom of scorpions and snakes. The design idea was tailored to suit the geographical nature of the place, with sharp and curved lines mixed to resemble the shape of rocks and sand dunes that characterise the state's mountains.- Client

In response to the tragic explosion that occurred in Beirut, Lebanon, the BAU University stepped forward to offer help and support to the Lebanese community. A team of volunteers was formed to provide assistance to the affected areas. The creation process of the proposed memorial representing the honourable revolution of 25th January 2011 and its martyrs is a testimony to the dedication and passion of the design team. The project aimed to immortalise the events, history, and memories of the revolution by designing a rotating and moving globe with a water cascade that represents the continent of Africa and the Nile River. The team's vision was to create a unique and awe-inspiring monument that would attract visitors and tourists from all over the world and serve as a cultural and information centre for the nation.
